The Mennekes / Type 2 charge station provided by ZCW
This Charging Station has a 32amp 'Type 2' socket and a built-in circuit breaker. The circuit breaker can be accessed via a waterproof transparent cover and the 32amp socket has a waterproof sprung cover. It can supply approximately 7kW adding up to 30 miles of range per hour.
Suitable for outside use: The Type 2 socket communicates with the car to provide the maximum safe charging speed. The socket does not supply power until this communication has happened.
Safe: Integrated RCBO.
Future proof: Easily upgradeable at low cost to support the changes in European standards as they develop.
Dimensions: 179mm x 367mm x 143mm.
