On April 4th BMW launch the production of its first Electric Maxi Scooter called C Evolution, in a brand new 800 m2 factory with specially trained workers



A full charge can be achieved in 4 hours - if the battery is fully depleted - using a regular 230V outlet with a portable EVSE which has a J1772 plug
Its battery is the exact same as the BMW i3, smaller with 8 kWh, which should give a 100km range and a maximum speed of 120 km/h

This Electric Scooter looks very promising to me, even if BMW will price it at 15,400 EUR here in France, starting deliveries in june 2014 ...
