The Tesla Model S was the only vehicle to nab an honor in TIME’s Best Inventions of the Year 2012. This is just the latest in long list of accolades for the Model S. Motor Trend recently called the EV the most important car since the Ford Model T, and Automobile Magazine named the five-door its Automobile of the Year. With encouraging sales and increased production, will the wagon variant be added to the range? Such variant is especially loved in Europe too.

I would love the wagon even in the U.S. Asked Tesla today and officially said they would not offer a station wagon, but I do love this picture!!
ReplyDeleteWould love one in a Ford Transit -shaped package. Plenty of room for batteries, cargo and/or people. And very good aerodynamics and fuel economy, at least since the early 1990's.
