2012 Paris Motor Show
The new Electric Scooter BMW C-Evolution - The Vectrix rival - was at the 2012 Paris Motor Show
The electric motor is located in front of the rear wheel, at axle level and probably a toothed rubber belt is used for transmission
I just found this online: the chassis / frame of the prototype and yes, it is toothed belt
The choices here are very different from the Vectrix build and it should be much more silent with time (used up gears are making quite a bit of noise on mine)
