News from the first TESLA Model S owner - Elon is back !

Steve Jurvetson, first owner of TESLA's New Electric Sedan has posted a picture on his Flickr where he can be seen in the passenger seat of his brand new red Model S with Elon Musk as a driver, and Elon's brother, Kimbal, in the back seats:

"The Product Architect
…going over the trim details inside my car this morning with Elon and Kimbal Musk.
"It's really important to thoroughly test your own product and be really tough on it before you give it to general customers. Everything has to be right, even in places some people may never look.”

Tesla delivers its first Model S !!

Largely ahead of schedule (previously announced for june 22nd), Tesla has delivered its first Model S to a lucky customer, Steve Jurvetson, a close friend of Elon Musk, who came to Palo Alto HQ to pick it up :-)

He wrote: ..."it was such an incredible experience, driving out through the proud employee ranks, all shooting photos and cheering…"
