The last step of this amazing VW Transporter conversion to Electric Drive: The LiFePO4 CALB CA180FI cells are bottom balanced and installed in the two sliding racks in the "tresor chest"

Richard is using the braided straps from EVtv 

Perfect fit in the sliding racks, positioned very low

EVtv "cell booty" to protect exposed terminals and prevent short circuits 

Plugged in and charging out of 110V

Stock cross member used for the motor support
