LiFePO4 DIY ESS - Morning & Forced Charge Mode

My LiFePO4 ESS this morning, and at the end, the Forced Charge Mode switched on (for testing purposes during the day, soon my PV system should do that) and adjusted to 300W (charger by charger, I can switch one off with the unique pushbutton to get the desired charge regime) before I leave to work

DIY ESS - Charger Side New Design tested with 6 Chargers

Last night, after wiring the last Grid Tie Inverters AC cables, and triple checking the leads polarities, I finally tested the new Charger Side design with 6 Chargers in parallel using the Forced Charge Mode of my LiFePO4 DIY ESS

Wattson Anywhere Power Usage during the charge: one hour from 22:45 to 23:45

Dual Relay Programmable Voltmeter: voltage goes up nicely

and we are charging at 556.5W (/6 = 92.75W per charger, so a little less than a 100W)

LiFePO4 ESS - Forced Charge Mode

This week end I added this Forced Charge Mode fonction to my LiFePO4 ESS to manualy force the charge at low rate hours - at night - and re-use this energy during the day when energy is more expensive ...

To enter FCM, depress at least 2 seconds the pushbutton, and to quit this mode, same thing, and the ESS will go back to fully automatic mode ...

Update: After connecting the 4 chargers leads, it is now actually charging the battery pack; check this out
