Good news!
ReplyDeleteNow a question about the LEAF and ESS. There is a damaged LEAF for sale here in UK for £1000 - could you use its battery to make an ESS? It seems like a cheap way to get 24kWh of battery!

Hi Trevor,
DeleteYes Trevor, right on, Jack Rickard from EVtv just started buying used LEAF battery modules and he said they are very good, lighter, more energy dense than the CALB we use; 1,000 GBP is a very good price if they are intact, but you have to get them out ... They retail for 120USD per module in the US on eBay I think; I could be interested if you get it
keep in touch by email ;-)
